Hi my beauties! Welcome to Le Beautique Beauty Studio. Meet your artist, Alejandra, Ale for short. My main mission is to help you enhance your natural beauty while providing the most comfortable and suitable services. I specialize in communicating and meeting each persons needs individually. My journey began in 2019 when I became very uncomfortable in my own skin. I seeked to eyelash extensions as a confidence boost and instantly fell in love. Within a year I was certified in lashes and working at the comfort of my own home as a “side hustle”. As my work improved, my love for lashing evolved alongside. I eventually quit my 9-5 which was a scary time because I was used to a secure check, with this came some ups and downs that no one tells you about but each worth the hike to grow. 2023 I wanted to expand my services and signed up for esthetician school. Fast forward to becoming licensed, I have taken other courses along the way for eyebrow tinting, waxing, and shaping as well. My own insecurities led me to wanting to help woman feel beautiful in their own skin. Each obstacle has brought me right where I belong today. There is no doubt in me I was meant to be doing what I do today, and have such passion for it. I look forward to meeting such amazing souls and want to thank you for putting your trust in me! <3
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Le Beautique, my goal is to provide the most comfortable service, while respecting my clients time. I ask for the same of my clients, as my time is valuable as well. Upon booking you appointment, please assure you carefully review all my policies thoroughly. DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: ♡ Deposits are non-refundable, meaning once it is paid, it can only be transferred to a different day if within 48 hour reschedule window. ♡ All deposits do go towards your total. ♡ Deposits must be paid upon booking. Any deposit not paid within 24 hours of appointment request will lead to a declined service. ♡ Client is responsible for remaining balance day of appointment. RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: ♡ Must cancel/reschedule 48 hours before appointment time. If failed to follow cancellation window, deposit is forfeited and another will be required to re-book another appointment. ♡ Cancellations will result in loss of deposit, no refund is issued under any circumstance. ♡ Deposit is only transferable once for a reschedule. More than one reschedule per deposit will result in a loss and a new deposit will be required. LATE POLICY/NO-SHOWS: ♡ Appointments have a grace period of 15 minutes for 1+ hour appointments and 10 minutes for anything less. ♡ Any client who exceeds grace period will be marked as a no show. If you are running late please advise Le Beautique. ♡ Repeated late appointments will result in a ban from booking. ♡ No shows will lose their deposit and be banned from booking again. REFUND POLICY: ♡ Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. ♡ Services are non refundable. ♡ Chargebacks or bank disputes will result in a permanent ban from future booking privileges. SICK POLICY: ♡ If for any reason you are feeling unwell, please notify Le Beautique ASAP to be rescheduled. Remember in order for me to service my clients, I also need to be my 100% and am unable to if I myself become ill. ♡ Only one deposit transfer per sick day is allowed, as I understand these are things out of our control. EXTRA GUESTS: ♡ I kindly ask there is no extra guests, this is not only a self care appointment but my space is not suitable for too many bodies. ♡ No children, please. Your eyes are closed the whole appointment, therefore you won’t be able to keep an eye on them. We understand things happen sometimes and emergencies occur which are out of our control.
